Hello again
I'm back! Ugh, the past couple months have been crazy busy for me. However, I did finally find a sport that's not (too) miserable. I am going to be a rower! As in, like, on a team and stuff. And, of course, the 4th of July was two days ago. I went to 2 different fireworks displays. One was on Wednesday. My mom was getting really irritable Thursday. I knew why that probably was MUCH faster than she did. See, my parents got divorced about 3 or 4 years ago, and the 4th of July was their wedding anniversary. Yeah. Kinda depressing. Also, my dad got remarried about 2 years after the split. My stepmom, more often than not, irritates me to no end. I don't think she realizes that I have been raised much differently than she was. Also, my mom has a boyfriend, and they bought a house together just a couple months ago. At this point, I think my mom is really hoping that he will propose some time soon. Now I really gotta go.

Hello world
Alright! I've tried blogging before, but then always ended up deleting said blog because it wasn't getting used. So, let's try this one more time: the dreaded first post! Personally, I think my life is pretty boring, but who knows? Maybe someone out there in the vast world of interwebz would enjoy reading my story. Basically, I'm just a girl geek (hence the username) that lives in a place that most of the rest of the country would call the middle of nowhere. Where I'm from, the stereotype is REDNECK. I hate that. I wish people would realize that not everyone is like the stereotypical person from their home. That would be me. I'm majorly into technology, and am growing up with a programming-field-oriented dad and stepmom. I prefer life in the city, where there's actually something that counts as civilization. I have never known any sort of lifestyle anywhere else in this state. Okay, I think I'll quit rambling now and go play some Minecraft or something.
Enjoy, anyone who may stumble upon my blog of randomosity.
